The Groove Studio (including The Groover, Groover Recorder, Drum Companion for ACID Pro and
Mastering Studio) is free software in the sense of "free of charge". By installing or using it you
agree to these terms.

1. YOU MAY
   - Download, install and use The Groove Studio on any number of computers, for personal or
     professional purposes, at no cost.
   - Share the unmodified installer with others, as long as you do not charge for it.

2. YOU MAY NOT
   - Sell, rent or license The Groove Studio, or include it in any product or bundle that is sold.
   - Distribute modified versions, or remove or change its copyright, licence or credit notices.
   - Present The Groove Studio, or any part of it, as your own work.

3. YOUR MUSIC IS YOURS
   Everything you create, record, separate, mix or master with The Groove Studio belongs to you
   (or to whoever owns the music you put into it). We claim no rights in your work.
   You are responsible for having the rights to any recordings you process.

4. OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
   The Groove Studio includes open-source components, each provided under its own licence. They
   are listed, with their full licence texts, in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt ("Third-party licences"
   in the Start menu). Nothing in this licence limits the rights those licences give you. In
   particular, the LGPL-licensed libraries may be replaced, modified and debugged as those
   licences allow. Source-code requests for those components: groove@thegroove.net

5. NO WARRANTY
   The Groove Studio is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
   including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your recordings.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from the
   use of, or inability to use, The Groove Studio, including loss of data or recordings.
